Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Ghosted at aighosted.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Ghosted.

Who we are

Ghosted is operated by Jessen Thinkmatic, a Danish sole proprietorship (enkeltmandsvirksomhed), CVR 45634248, Roskildevænget 60, 1. th., 4000 Roskilde, Denmark. Email: support@aighosted.com.

Who can use Ghosted

You must be at least 18 years old. You may only upload screenshots of conversations you take part in, or of your own dating profile.

What Ghosted is (and isn't)

Ghosted gives you AI-generated opinions for entertainment and self-reflection. Every result is written by an AI model, not a person. Results can be wrong, are based only on what's visible in your screenshots, and are not psychological, relationship, legal or other professional advice. Don't make important decisions based only on them. If you feel unsafe in a relationship, contact local emergency services or a support hotline.

Acceptable use

• Don't upload content involving minors, illegal content, or content you don't have the right to share.
• Don't use results to harass, shame, threaten or stalk anyone, or publicly share other people's private messages.
• Don't try to abuse, scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Free use

Each account gets 3 free scans per calendar month (chat reads and profile scans combined). Free scans show a summary; the full breakdown is a paid unlock. We may change the free allowance in the future.

Prices and payment

• Deep Read and Profile Doctor are one-time purchases that unlock one full result. Ghosted Pro is a monthly subscription with unlimited Deep Reads and one Profile Doctor per billing period.
• Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes such as VAT. At checkout the price may be shown and charged in your local currency.
• Payments are processed by Link (a Stripe company), which acts as our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Link handles payment, taxes, receipts and payment-related support, and its own payment terms apply to the payment. Your bank statement will show “LINK.COM*”.

Subscriptions and cancellation

• Ghosted Pro renews automatically every month until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your account page (“Manage billing”) in a couple of clicks, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
• If we ever change the price of Pro, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then.

Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA and UK consumers)

As a consumer you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. Our results and Pro access are digital content delivered immediately. Before you pay, we ask you to confirm that you want delivery to start straight away and that you understand you lose the right of withdrawal once the content has been delivered. If delivery hasn't started (for example, the analysis failed), you keep the right and we'll refund you.

To withdraw, use our online withdrawal function: withdraw from contract here (also linked in the footer of every page), or email support@aighosted.com. You'll get an email confirming the date and time we received your withdrawal. Where a refund is due, we make it to your original payment method within 14 days.

Refunds and complaints

If something went wrong — an unlock that didn't work, a double charge, a result that clearly failed — email support@aighosted.com within 30 days and we'll make it right, usually with a refund. This doesn't limit your rights under consumer law, including your rights if the service is faulty. If we can't resolve a complaint, consumers in Denmark can complain to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board via forbrug.dk (Nævnenes Hus).

Your content

You keep all rights to what you upload. You give us a limited licence to process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you share a result, the shared page shows only the score, verdict and roast line.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Ghosted available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue Pro, we'll refund the unused part of your current period. We may update these terms; meaningful changes are announced by email or on the site before they take effect.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Law

These terms are governed by Danish law. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in, and you can bring a claim in the courts there.
